Gabby Slater, MA, is a pre-doctoral intern at the UCLA Semel Institute, specializing in autism and neurodevelopmental disabilities. She earned her master’s degree in psychology from Pepperdine University and is currently completing her doctorate in Clinical Psychology, with an expected graduation in Spring 2026. Gabby’s clinical training encompasses diverse evidence-based programs, including PEERS® for Preschoolers and PEERS® for Adolescents, as well as the UCLA Child OCD, Anxiety, and Tic Disorders Program. She is especially passionate about delivering affirming care to neurodivergent and gender-diverse youth and young adults, and her clinical work emphasizes self-determination, relational skill-building, and family-centered support.
